Frankmusik is known for his thumping, club-ready, electronic music, but his new single is a gorgeous, piano ballad and an epic one at that. Well, OK, there is an electronic element eventually, but that doesn’t come into play until the song is over halfway over. By that point, he’s already moved you with his emotive vocals, ethereal piano and the song’s general melancholic vibes. Suffice to say it’s not what you’d expect from him, making it this week’s most pleasant surprise and well-deserving of #songoftheday status.
