Well, it seems this year’s summer anthem has arrived early! Cooper’s “This Year” is like Tegan & Sara on massive amounts of steroids. Such heavy beats! We’re loving them though. And it’s plenty melodic, too! Meanwhile, her cheerful vocals are super refreshing considering how damn apathetic a lot of today’s indie artists are sounding.
