Yes!!! She’s back!!! Can’t wait to hear her new, sophomore album.
This song is amazing. Catchy beats, infectious guitars, slick melody. Everything about it is grade A. And, of course, Clare’s vocals sound lovely. I also like the fact that she sounds her age on this song. On her first album, she sounded like she was singing music for an older generation, like she was trying to make music her parents or even grandparents would listen to. But this is totally contemporary, modern pop, and very, very well done. Bravo to her.
