We like this version more than Beyonce’s. So good you can like it even if you don’t like the original one bit, thanks to Angel’s wonderful rapping.

Lily isn’t in the video, which I know will disappoint some people, but it’s a truly touching animated video that calls to mind old Disney classics like Bambi and The Fox and the Hound. They also show you how they made the video during the video. I believe the style is called stop animation style.…

Listen to Charlotte Gainsbourg and Beck’s cover of the Jimi Hendrix tune “Hey Joe” from the soundtrack to Lars Von Trier’s upcoming film Nymphomaniac, which stars Gainsbourg. Gainsbourg and Beck have really put their own spin on this classic song. It’s dreamy, down-tempo and has one hell of a bass guitar part. We love it.

CHVRCHES recently put on Santa hats and performed for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. They did a few of their songs, but they also did this interesting cover of a song called “Stay Another Day,” which was a 1994 single by a British boy band called East 17.
