#songoftheday / VIDEO: Danny Darko feat Christen Kwame: “Walk With Me”

Collaborating with everyone from Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Paul Van Dyk to Pete Tong and Gareth Emery, Danny Darko is already a club-killing legend with more than thirty releases in the Top 50 on Beatport’s Genre Charts and 4 million views on his Youtube channel.  His latest slice of club kiddie heaven is a deep house gem called “Walk With Me,” a collaboration with South London-based singer/songwriter Christen Kwame, whose soulful voice and lyrics pair beautifully with his hard-hitting beats.   Previously, Kwame was known as the vocalist for the now disbanded group The Zemitones, but for the past two years he’s been establishing himself as a solo artist with gigs at Barfly, The WaterRats and Ronnie Scotts.  We are very much looking forward to his forthcoming EP, due out later this year.   And here’s hoping Darko releases a debut album soon as well.
