#songoftheday / REVIEW: STEVE AOKI FEAT. LINKIN PARK: “DARKER THAN BLOOD”

Steve Aoki is known for making EDM that’s so heavy and aggressive that it’s practically metal.  So, it should come as no surprise that he’s collaborated with Linkin Park on his latest single, “Darker Than Blood,” a glorious track where shimmering synth, deep bass guitar and slamming beats mesh with haunting vocals with futuristic processing, complete with a swirling melody guaranteed to make you dizzy as you bang your head while the song stomps along with military precision.  The best EDM song you’ll hear all week, for sure.
