#songoftheday / REVIEW: JORDAN MORRIS: “DO IT LIKE ME”

It begins with a vibrant drum roll then Jordan starts singing about his “dancing” abilities, which he continues to do once the massive, club-ready beats start banging along as fast as can be, making you want to MOVE.  “Nobody can do it like me,” he sings countless times during the song, usually using his impeccable falsetto.  That’s one thing nobody can do like him.  Except, maybe, the Bee Gees.  Suffice to say it’s not your every day pop singer who can hit such highs.  So, when Jordan stars proclaiming that he’s “king of the jungle” as the song goes on, he doesn’t need to beat his chest and screech like a gorilla to prove it.  He just needs to hit those high notes and you’ll be ready to bow down.

Jordan Morris ‘Do It Like Me’ available on iTunes May 12th 2014.
