#songoftheday PETITE MELLER – “Icebear” ft. Joe Fleisch

We find everything Petite Meller does to be rather exquisite.  She’s easily one of the most interesting quote unquote pop stars on the rise today.  If you like Say Lou Lou or Foxes, you’d be wise to check her out.  With some practically operatic vocals by Joe Fleisch, “Icebear” might not be Petite’s most accessible track. That said, once you’ve listened to it a couple of times you get used to Fleisch’s unique vocals and can appreciate what a brilliant gem of a pop song “Icebear” truly is.  It’s trippy, intoxicating bliss, really.
