Patrick Carney of The Black Keys has changed his Twitter name to Justin Bieber. Because his account was already verified, it still appears as a verified account even though he changed the name, thus duping even more people than would normally be fooled by something like this. Carney’s reason for doing this would seem to go beyond simply pulling a prank as Bieber recently stated that Carney needs “slapping” after he criticized the Grammys this week.
