BOSTON CALLING’S MAY 2015 LINE UP REVEALED — AND IT’S KILLER!

Boston Calling has announced their May 2015 line up and it’s amazing, arguably their best line up yet!  Almost every artist on the line up is one of our favorites!  The complete list of artists appearing is posted below in their official press release.  Artists we’re most looking forward to are Beck, St. Vincent, TV On The Radio, Tenacious D, Run The Jewels, Tove Lo,  MØ and Marina and the Diamonds.  But, really, we love them all.

January 14, 2015 – Boston, MABoston Calling announces its highly anticipated May 2015 lineup today, taking place this Memorial Day weekend, May 22, 23 and 24, 2015, and marking the fifth edition of the bi-annual music festival. Boston Calling is held at Boston’s City Hall Plaza [One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts]. Set on a hill in Downtown Boston and with the city’s skyline as its backdrop, Boston Calling’s locale at City Hall Plaza continues to offer the ideal urban festival vibe. Production highlights include two performance stages, with non-overlapping sets, festival-wide beer experiences from the locally founded and based Samuel Adams, a food pavilion comprised of locally and nationally known food vendors, along with world-class lighting, special effects and design. Boston Calling will also feature a VIP component whereby VIP ticketholders have access to City Hall Courtyard, a 25,000 square foot Mezzanine offering prime views of both stages as well as curated food menus and amenities.

Presale General Admission Three-Day passes are $160 and Presale VIP Three-Day passes are $300 using promo code “BOSTON.” A limited number of these Three-Day tickets are available at this price. General Admission and VIP Three-Day tickets will go on sale this Friday, January 16, 2015 for $185 and $375.  Single day and Two-Day weekend passes will be available for purchase at a later date, pending availability.  Boston Calling’s May festival has sold out in advance the past two years.

Crash Line Productions is a Boston-based entertainment production company that owns and produces dozens of events each year.  Formed in 2012 by Brian Appel and Mike Snow, Crash Line Productions continues to build its event platform around the semi-annual Boston Calling Music Festival and the new Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival, taking place July 17 & 18, 2015 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

City Hall Plaza is located at One City Hall Square in downtown Boston. The festival is accessible via the city’s T, at the Park Street stop on the Red Line, the State Street stop on the Orange or Blue line and the Haymarket stop on the Orange or Green line. The 92 and 93 buses also stop outside of City Hall Plaza on Congress Street.

    I agree – St. Vincent was incredible at House of Blues. I might go to this so I can see her again. Also curious to see Marina and the Diamonds live – can’t wait for her new album.
