Yes, it’s that Eddie Murphy. And it’s actually not half bad. Granted, I’m not an expert when it comes to reggae. But I dig the vibe here and it’s a million times better than I ever would have guessed a reggae tune by Eddie Murphy would be. I’m actually curious to hear his album now. Just listening to this song, it’s obvious that he’s doing it because he loves reggae music. If he was really trying to start a second career as a musician he’d have much better luck jumping on the hip-hop wagon.
