“King Kunta” is one of the highlights from Kendrick Lamar’s new album, To Pimp A Butterfly. My favorite part is when he disses rappers who use ghostwriters. That’s something I’d never heard of before, but if other artists do it — and they do, every freakin’ day — then why not rappers? Too bad Kendrick didn’t out those who do. In any case, “King Kunta” is both catchy and bouncy and Kendrick is on top of his game here, delivering one of his best tracks yet.
