hello darlings
well, that happened. summer is over, school is back, and there’s that familiar feeling as the nights grow longer that we missed the chance to be who we might have been. sounds like time for a stars show, don’t you think? we’re around this fall, and we would love to see you. after this, we’re going to go buy some depanneur wine and start dreaming again, so don’t miss it and then moan. also, we have some music for you. it’s called the lost and found ep and it features a couple of very sad songs by us and quite a sad song by someone else, covered by us; namely “long hot summer” by the style council. when i was 16, i listened to that song 30 times a day until i didn’t know where it ended and i began. if you like it, go find the rest of the style council’s work. it’s all divine.
we’re getting older, and so are you; but we’re still fools; we’re still hungry; we’re still in love with that feeling; and we won’t go away until the sun goes down for good. come say hi. and bring your homework.
