#songoftheday = GARBAGE: “EVEN THOUGH OUR LOVE IS DOOMED”

There are ballads and there are epic ballads.  Then there are epic ballads done Garbage-style.  “Even Though Our Love is Doomed,” which is from their recently released album Strange Little Birds, is an epic song that slowly turns up the heat and intensity and the lyric video is perfect.  It’s actually like a normal music video.  It’s just that it has lyrics on top of it.  Footage of wild animals, predators stalking and attacking their prey.  Ultimately, the video proves to be as epic as the song and it certainly will get you thinking about the nature of the beast and when I say beasts I’m referring to humans as well.  Go get ’em, tiger.
